HORRIFIC customer service… Me and my mother are regulars . We went In today to buy groceries as usual.. hoping to type in my EBT. I had a picture of my ebt card and my GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID . I unfortunately lost my physical card…. As I tried to explain this to the staff… they were rude and abruptly cut me off and said no . So my mom just said she would use her debit.. as we were checking out we received dirty looks & smart remarks The cashier was very snappy and kept asking “ how are you paying “ after my mother told her debit card.. she still proceeded to ask the same question three times . Then as we finished paying and walked out the staff were laughing and making smart remarks yet again… Highly unacceptable and disgusting I can’t believe Value fresh . We come here too often for that behavior . Over something that could’ve been a simple no .. We recommend this store to so many people thinking it’s family oriented IT IS NOT DO NOT COME HERE ! ONLY THNG THEY VALUE IS POWER TRIPPING & BEING DISRESPECTFUL

This produce market has become one of our regular weekly stops because the fruits and vegetables consistently look fresher and last longer than what we usually buy elsewhere. The store is easy to navigate, prices feel reasonable, and seasonal items are always displayed beautifully. Compared to larger grocery chains where produce quality can feel inconsistent, this market maintains a much higher standard overall. The employees are approachable and often recommend what’s freshest that day, which we appreciate. Shopping there feels much more relaxed and enjoyable than rushing through crowded supermarket aisles every week.

Very frustrating experience with the return policy. Even with a receipt and the item, the staff kept making excuses instead of processing the return. The store manager, Joe, and the supervisor on duty, Lilia, were not helpful and failed to resolve the issue i'm also concerned that many items in the store appear to be expired or very close to expiration while still being sold at high prices. What should have been a simple return turned into a negative experience. Customer service and product quality at this store need serious improvement.

This store is not allowing any transactions. Under $5 unless you have a state card ex’ EBT or Bridge This store will not allow purchases under $5 with a card or any tap to pay this store does not round up or down with pennies and the store DOES let you purchase anything under $5 with a electronic bridge card or snap assistance If you have a small amount under $5 don’t shop here this store won’t allow any payment besides cash
